Why do I receive an error when I try to associate my Wallet in the "MyWallet" section?

If you receive an error when you are associating a wallet in the "MyWallet" section, you need to make sure that the wallet is associated with your email address.

If the wallet has been already associated with a different PlanetWatch account, it will not be possible to connect it in the "MyWallet" section and use it to subscribe to the Loyalty Program and redeem your Cohort voucher.
