I received an error during the voucher selection process, what can I do?

If you received the error message:


it means that you changed the option selected for the redeem of the voucher (TEA e-commerce and the use of 100 PW:Credits.

Since the system creates a transaction when you select the options for the first time, it’s not possible to change them. 

If you need to change an option, please submit a ticket and we will let you repeat the process of selection.

Bear in mind that if you proceed and complete the transaction with MyAlgoWallet it will no longer be possible to delete the transaction.
