One or more of my sensors did not get the bonus. What went wrong?

Eligibility criteria is checked every single day before the bonus are distributed.

If you notice you are not getting the bonus for one or more of your sensors:

- make sure the license is active and the device is streaming data without any interference;

- confirm you have the required staking balance.

If everything is as it should and the situation persists, please open a support ticket and report your issue.
