You can update your PIN on your Explorer account, selecting your Atmotube PRO in the "MySensor" page and clicking on "Update PIN".

I am having the same problem and i cannot get support or an answer from my ticket. I just want to reset my pin code.
I also used a zero and had to opened a ticket, they will get back to you just be patient, the fix will be the zero will be changed to a 1 by the team at PW

Hi, Yes i did receive some rewards at the beginning then its stopped over the weekend, but i guess this is due to the amount of Awair element issues just slowing the system down.
I would say the PW team are very busy will emails and issues at the present.
