This issue can be caused by multiple factors and you can ask us to check. However, this is often a location problem. That means that the PlanetWatch Wearable App doesn’t detect the locations and the streams are not received from our system. So please, be always sure that your GPS is Always on and working fine.

Check in the planetwatch app, in the wallet tab, under assets: are there any assets (AE and PT) with a value behind it?

You need to go to planetwatch explorer and sign in. In the top right corner, in the menu, select “mysensors”, and then select your sensor. Scroll down and find the NFT nr for your sensor (Device NFT) and the NFT nr for your licence (licence NFT). If you do not see these then something went wrong with the licence you bought, and you should contact support). Write those NFT’s down.
Now go to your algorand app. There you can add assets “+ add new asset” . In the next screen search for the asset nr you wrote down in “all”. Do this for both assets if you are missing them both. If succesfully added you should now see those assets in the planetwatch app, in the wallet. If the value behind the asset is zero you should mail to support to “send you the asset” so that the value will become one.

Hey guys, just to confirm, how do you turn on the GPS? Is it the GPS on your Phone? Or on the AtmoTube?

Matjan75 suggestion to verify your Device and License NFT numbers on Planetwatch explorer can also be found when you import the wallet in the Planetwatch app and tap Show Assets.

This was not the issue though, my device/app has been working since 2021, my GPS is still working correctly with all the permissions given to both Planetwatch apps (wearable included) and Atmotube. Just last week this issue showed up and haven't received a single PLANET since then...

@Mducemusicgroup you can go to your device settings, search for permissions and then tap location, verify that both apps have access to it. Garantee by sliding your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom that the Location/GPS icon is active/highlighted.

The error no longer shows up in the explorer!

The issue was likely due to a weak GPS signal from my current location mixed with an attempt to merge different maps services addresses (app VS explorer). What I did:
    1. went outside with the Planetwatch app open, accessed my sensor settings and tapped to "Change Location"
    2. waited a few seconds for the the blue dot that was marking my current GPS coordinates to show up
    3. dragged the blue pin exactly above that blue dot and checked the address, but did not save that location (since the app would re-ask to "Fix it" again)
    4. went inside and accessed explorer.planetwatch.io from my computer
    5. clicked on my sensor and on the "Update location" blue button
    6. tried to search for the exact same address displayed on the app through the search bar: no results were displayed
    7. manually zoomed in to the area that I pinned on the app, clicked on it and saved this new address
    8. after a few seconds, in the Planetwatch app I went back to my sensor's screen and verified that the address was updated correctly
    9. refreshed explorer.planetwatch.io/#/mysensors page and verified that the error was gone

The method for fixing the location I posted above worked temporarily while I had GPS signal, as soon as I lost the signal, the problem would start again.

Therefore what finally fixed it was going to Settings > Location > Mode (Android) and changing from Device Only to High Accuracy (uses both GPS signal and networks location estimation).
