If you have purchased the licenses using different email addresses, you need to open a ticket and select the option “Merge Accounts”, specifying which email you want to keep and which one you want to merge.

Please note, that only email addresses that has a license associated can be merged.

 

Effective from 30 October 2021, please, don’t use more than one account. If you do, accounts will not merged and purchases will be refunded. If you have any issue in the process contact us using the “KYC issue” option in the dropdown menu in the PlanetWatch Support portal.
