If you need to change the sensor’s location, you can do it in your Explorer account or in the PlanetWatch App.
In your Explorer account you need to:
- Login on the Explorer
- Click on MySensor
- Click on the sensor that needs a location change
- Click on update location
- Write the new address where your sensor is located
In the PlanetWatch App you need to:
- Click on the sensor
- Click on the 3 dots in the right corner of your screen
- Click on Change Location
- Search the location on the Map
- Click on Set Location

I'm faced with a blank screen when I click on my sensor...???
same to me, seems to be a bug.
Getting a location error, address is already correct, troubleshooting popup says to follow this guide to fix it but there's nothing here to help.
