When you receive your sensor, you need to submit a ticket in the "Airqino Activation" form, using the email address that is associated with your license.
Fill the ticket form providing us all the requested information:
- The Airqino serial number (Airq_XXX);
- The wallet address (please note that you can’t provide a Ledger wallet)
- The email address that you used to purchase the license and the sensor
We will provide you the asset number that you need to initialize in your wallet.

When the activation is completed, you need to associate your Type 1 license with the sensor.
