First of all check if in the Kaiterra Dashboard Home Page a ⚠️ yellow triangle is displayed near your sensor UDID. If so, please double check your sensor configuration and Internet connection
→ If the problem persists, please contact Kaiterra Support
Moreover please check if:
- you have performed the KYC
- You have not deleted or changed the API Key associated with your sensor.
→ If so, please delete all the API Keys and create only one new API Key. Then submit a ticket providing us the new API Key in the dedicated field of the ticket form.
