Why does the PlaneWatch Wearable App only display “Refresh devices”?

  • Updated 28 October 2022 13:05

If during the Bluetooth pairing your Atmotube PRO ID is not displayed in the PlanetWatch Wearable App you need to:

  • first check if you closed and stopped the Atmotube App before opening the PlanetWatch Wearable App

  • if the problem persists, you can try to close the PlanetWatch Wearable App, turn off the Bluetooth, open again the PlanetWatch Wearable App and enable the Bluetooth when the PW App asks you to do it.
