In order to log in the Explorer, you first need to go to https://explorer.planetwatch.io/#/
Please note that both European and non-European PlanetWatchers need to use this website (i.e. there is no Explorer on a .us domain).
The Explorer, as well as mobile Apps, requires a different registration from the main website.
The licenses are tied to the email address inserted in the billing section of the order made on our e-commerces, so you need to use that email address to register an account on the Explorer.
These credentials will be the same that you need to use to access in the PlanetWatch App.
- Click on “Sign In” in the top right corner of the Explorer page.
➤ if you already have an account in the Explorer or in the PlanetWatch App, insert your credentials and log in
➤ If you don’t have an account, click on Register and complete the registration form with your data then click on Register.
- you will receive an email with instructions needed to verify your email address.
‼️ If you don’t receive the email, you can select the “resend” button.
- click on the link received via email and you will be prompted again to the Explorer.
- click on “Click here to proceed” and your email address will be verified.
