I can’t log in the PlanetWatch App, what can I do?

If you can’t log in the PlanetWatch App:

  • if you have registered an account on the Explorer, you need to use the same credentials to login, since the PlanetWatch App and the Explorer share the same access credentials
  • make sure that you are trying to access using the email address associated with your licenses
